Richard Stevens presents two staged readings of Stephen Calmson's new play COLLABORATION: A PLAY ABOUT A MUSICAL on April 21 and 22 at St. Luke's Theatre (308 W. 46th St.).
Stan Mazin directs the cast comprised of Michael Berry (Les Miserables, Moby Dick, See What I Wanna See), Richard Cottrell (Crimes of the Heart, Roundabout's All Over), Jeffrey DeMunn (Stuff Happens, Our Town, The Price, K2), Ken Kliban (The Paris Letter, As Is), and Chris Winfield (Comic Potential, The Sound of Murder). Richard Stevens produces, and Lisa Dozier is the general manager.

In 1965, five talented men of the theatre got together in the Hamptons to create what was to become a phenomenally successful musical theatre masterpiece. 25 years later, COLLABORATION: A PLAY ABOUT A MUSICAL concerns four of them when they return to the Hamptons on a sunny August afternoon to discuss a revival...and settle old scores.

The readings will be performed Tuesday, April 21 at 4pm and Wednesday, April 22 at 11am at St. Luke's Theatre (308 W. 46th St.). Reception to follow. RSVP to collaborationreading@gmail.com or 917 470 0246. Seating is limited.
