The stars of the Off-Broadway hit HOW TO BE A NEW YORKER are this week's special guests on the popular WBAI (99.5 FM) Radio program "The Artsy Fartsy Show," hosted by Barika Edwards, today (Tuesday) at 2 PM. The interview can also be heard live at www.wbai.org.

Written and performed by Margaret Copeland and Kevin James Doyle, HOW TO BE A NEW YORKER has been playing to packed houses since August 22, 2012 at Sofia's Downstairs Theater in the heart of Times Square.

HOW TO BE A NEW YORKER delivers a laugh-filled tour around the greatest city in the world with actors, comedians and licensed tour guides Margaret Copeland and Kevin James Doyle as they play over 60 characters. Under the direction of OBIE Award winner Robert Ross Parker, this "Saturday Night Live" style comedy features a hilarious look at NYC's 400-year history. Immigrants, construction workers, muggers, Wall Street bankers, panhandlers, MTA workers, and Mayor Bloomberg all get a solid lampooning! It doesn't matter if you were born on the Upper West Side or just took your first terrifying cab ride, you will love learning How to Be a New Yorker.

HOW TO BE A NEW YORKER is produced Off-Broadway by CRC Productions and Marie B Productions. The playing schedule is Thursdays & Fridays at 7:30 PM and Saturdays at 2 & 7:30 PM, with a running time of 65 minutes (no intermission).
