New York theatre's favorite murder mystery, PERFECT CRIME, has a new accomplice in CNN. Maggie Lake, business anchor and CNN correspondent, recently visited the Snapple Theater – where the cast of PERFECT CRIME was featured in a special news report. Throughout the segment, Lake investigates exactly who's responsible for killing the US economic recovery.

Similar to the Off-Broadway hit, this is an intricate mystery where everyone is a suspect. CNN shows the cast members of PERFECT CRIME under interrogation; making a clever comparison to the culprits who have plagued our economy: Europe, Congressional Gridlock, Runaway National Debt, and High Energy Prices.

The show's leading lady, Catherine Russell states "The entire cast was thrilled to work with CNN. This is a subject that will have a significant impact in this year's presidential election, and we are honored to be part of such an important on-going discussion".

PERFECT CRIME, Warren Manzi's romantic and comedic thriller that has enthralled and intrigued local and international audiences since 1987, celebrated its 10,000th performance this year.

Tickets for Perfect Crime are available by calling the box office at (212) 921-7862 or Ticketmaster.com at (212) 307-4100. Student rush tickets ($26) are also available by calling or visiting the box office.
