Bedlam's PETER PAN Begins Performances Tomorrow; Student Rush Tickets Available

BEDLAM (Eric Tucker, Artistic Director; Kimberly Pau Boston, Managing Director) will launch their 2017/2018 season with BEDLAM'S production of J.M. Barrie'sPETER PAN, beginning performances Saturday, November 11, 2017, at The Duke on 42nd Street (229 W 42 street). Directed by Eric Tucker, for a limited 47 performance engagement through Saturday, December 23, 2017, BEDLAM'S PETER PAN will open Sunday, November 19, 2017. Tickets to BEDLAM'S new Off-Broadway production of PETER PAN, the classic tale of Neverland with a double shot of BEDLAM, are now on sale at www.dukeon42.org or by calling 646-223-3010.

Student Rush tickets for BEDLAM'S PETER PAN will be available for $25 one hour before the performance at The Duke on 42nd Street box office. Student Rush tickets are only available the day of performance with a valid student ID, 2 tickets maximum per ID.

BEDLAM'S PETER PAN will star Kelley Curran, Brad Heberlee, Edmund Lewis, Susannah Millonzi, Zuzanna Szadkowski and Eric Tucker.

BEDLAM returns with a new production of J.M. Barrie's iconic 1904 play about the Darling children who follow Peter Pan and Tinker Bell to Neverland, where children never grow old. BEDLAM'S cast of six will inhabit over 20 of Barrie's characters including Pirates, the Lost Boys, Mermaids and the maniacal Captain Hook.

BEDLAM'S PETER PAN has set design by John McDermott, lighting design by Les Dickert, costume design by Charlotte Palmer-Lane, choreography by Alexandra Beller and sound design by Eric Tucker.

"Peter Pan feels like the perfect play for BEDLAM because J.M. Barrie's dry wit and humor provide for so many thrilling possibilities for invention," said BEDLAM'S Artistic Director,Eric Tucker.

PLAYING SCHEDULE

The playing schedule for BEDLAM'S PETER PAN is as follows: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7pm, Friday and Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 7pm, with matinees Saturday and Sunday at 2pm.

The Duke on 42nd Street

The Duke on 42nd Street is a centrally-located black box theater rental that offers nonprofit and commercial companies the opportunity to perform on famed 42nd Street. Housed within the New 42nd Street Studios, The Duke on 42nd Street is a fully-staffed facility featuring customizable, state-of-the-art seating in various configurations and full light, sound and support systems. The venue has hosted such companies as Playwright's Realm, Red Bull Theater, Primary Stages, Transport Group, Theatre for a New Audience, Lincoln Center Theater LCT3, The Royal Court Theatre, Steppenwolf Theater Company, Armitage Gone! Dance, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Naked Angels, Classical Theater of Harlem and the National Theater of Great Britain.

The New 42nd Street
