The Barrow Street Theater (New York City's hub of eclectic theatrical adventures) will present a very special weekend preview engagement of "Satellites - The Unbearable Lightness of Being Taylor Negron", the new spoken-word fusion of hysterically moving true stories and music, performed by the iconoclastic actor and comedian, this weekend (June 19-21). The esteemed David Schweizer directs.
Also featuring the young singer/songwriter Logan Heftel, 'Satellites' has toured the hemispheres in 2008, most recently selling out at the prestigious Green Room at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival in Scotland, where it was presented by
Paul Provenza, director of The Aristocrats (the film in which Taylor Negron tells the dirtiest joke).
"Satellites - The Unbearable Lightness of Being Taylor Negron" will play for 3 performances only: Thursday, June 19th at 7:30pm, Friday, June 20th at 9:30pm, and Saturday, June 21st at 5pm. Tickets are $20.00 and are available through Telecharge at (212) 239-6200 or by visiting
www.Telecharge.com. The run time is 65 minutes.
