Direct from a smash World Premiere at Chicago's Next Theatre Company (winning the Joseph Jefferson Award for Best New Musical), Adding Machine played Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre from February 7, 2008 through July 20, and officially opened on February 25. Adding Machine played 16 previews and 149 regular performances.
The show features a score by Joshua Schmidt and a libretto by Jason Loewith and Mr. Schmidt. The Minetta Lane production featured the direction of David Cromer and starred Cyrilla Baer as 'Mrs. Zero,' Joel Hatch as 'Mr. Zero' and Amy Warren as 'Daisy.'
