50 Shades! The Musical Parody at The Elektra Theatre (300 W. 43rd Street) has announced a special Halloween performance on October 31st.

Any audience member who attends the show dressed in costume as their favorite 50 Shades character will receive a free drink of their choice.

Directed by Al Samuels and Rob Lindley, 50 Shades! The Musical Parody is produced by Emily Dorezas, Al Samuels, Andrew Asnes, Rob Kolson, Brett McDonald and 50 Shades Tour LLC.

Beginning in January, 2015, the second National Tour of 50 Shades! The Musical Parody will explode onto the scene. Some of the stops will include San Francisco (Jan 2-4), Chicago (Jan 13-18), Tampa Bay (Jan 25), Kansas City (Feb 10-15) and San Antonio (Feb 24- March 1).

Variety exclaims, "Clever and wildly entertaining! Newcomers and fans alike should enjoy getting down and dirty" and The New York Post cheers, "50 Shades of funny! Gets The Book of Mormon treatment with added sex!" Time Out New York applauds, "Inspired! Get off on this musical parody!" and The New York Daily News raves, "Filthy and funny - a win-win!"

The cast features Daniel Bentley (Hairspray), Jack Boice (Phantom of the Opera International Tour), Melanie Brook (Tony and Tina's Wedding) Alexis Field (Angelina Ballerina The Musical), Tim Murray (MTV's "White House Down"), Amber Petty (voice of Sirius/XM's Radio Margaritaville), Casey Rogers (Catch Me If You Can), Alec Varcas (Spamalot), Chloe Williamson (Save The Date) and Zach Kononov (Spring Awakening).

50 Shades! The Musical Parody is the hilariously naughty satire that explores the steamy relationship between Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, as seen through the eyes of a trio of girlfriends at a book club meeting. As the women devour the novel, the characters' delicious affair comes to life before their eyes. After all, who needs staid book club fare when a book like this can be so...stimulating. This laugh out loud musical features a sassy original score ranging from Gilbert and Sullivan to R & B to Les Miserables, including such songs "Open Your Book," "I Don't Make Love," and "There Is A Hole Inside Of Me." Christian has come. To the heart of Broadway. And it will never be the same.

Since author E.L. James' book was published, more than 100 million copies have been sold worldwide. The novel became the fastest selling paperback book ever, beating out J.K Rowling's Harry Potter series, and was on the New York Times' Best Sellers List for 16 weeks straight. There have been more than 60 printings of the book and Universal Studios will release the film on February 13, 2015. The book has made reading erotica on the subway acceptable.

50 Shades! The Musical Parody has a book by Al Samuels, Amanda Blake Davis, Emily Dorezas, Jody Shelton, Ashley Ward, and Dan Wessels, and music and lyrics by Amanda Blake Davis, Jody Shelton, Ashley Ward, Al Samuels and Dan Wessels. Set and Costume Design is by John Dunnett, Lighting Design is by Herrick Goldman, and Sound Design is by Matt Kraus. 50 Shades! The Musical - The Original Parody is choreographed by Mindy Cooper with musical direction by Michael Thomas Murray and Joy Dewing is the casting director.
