Royal Norwegian Navy Band's Christmas concert at Den Norske Opera & Ballett

Consisting of 29 professional musicians, the Norwegian Royal Navy Band is a unique ensemble that performs concerts both in Norway and abroad. The ensemble performs around 150 concerts annually for the Norwegian Armed Forces and in connection with other cultural activities, and has undertaken tours and played concerts in the USA, Vietnam, Russia, China and Spain. The band, together with conductor Ingar Bergby, master of ceremonies and actor Lise Fjeldstad, and our very own soloist Marius Roth Christensen, now invite the public to join them in getting into the Christmas spirit in the Second House.
