For this recital in the Main House he offers a programme featuring some of the most famous, beloved works for piano, from Debussy's demanding études to Chopin's beautiful, melancholic Ballade no. 4. Andsnes's affection for Sibelius finds expression in the lyrical and rich Kyllikki (Three Lyric Pieces) followed by Finnish evocations of nature from opus 75 and 114.
