Choreography House, the former Ballet lab, is part of the National ballettens bet on the development of dance in Norway, with a focus on high artistic quality. The goal is to be a corridor between the National Ballet and the rest of the dance community in Norway, stimulate quality management within the National Ballet and be a venue for the trial and error where you have high aspirations but low fall height.
Choreography House offers workshops for choreographers with national ballettens dancers. Both aspiring choreographers among dancers in the National Ballet, graduates koreograferog well established names such as Ingun Bjørnsgaard and Sølvi Edvardsen has been included, in addition to that the Kingwings Crew recently stopped by. Most of the genres in the field of dance has been represented, which has helped to develop National ballettens dancers. Once a year you will see a list of this year's projects in an open view on the Scene 2, thereby providing the public a chance to get a glimpse of what is stirring in the Norwegian dance fauna.
