Hosted by Oslo this year, ICE HOT Nordic Dance Platform presents Nordic contemporary dance at its best. The four days of the festival includes 21 evening-length performances, dance performances for children, and various presentations, seminars and debates for people in the industry and fans of dance. All performances are selected and programmed by an international jury.

The Oslo Opera House hosts three performances during the ICE HOT festival. Other venues include Riksscenen - The Norwegian Hub for Traditional Music and Dance, Black Box Teater, Riksteatret, Bærum kulturhus, the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and Dansens Hus.

The festival is organised and arranged by Dansens Hus.
