The stage is set for a historic collaboration when 180 children, Radio Orchestra and the Norwegian Soloists unite a full-length concert on the main stage. Children from Year 4 at selected schools in Oslo and the surrounding are with. They should feel the music on your body, get to know how powerful sound of a large symphony orchestra is, and experience the privilege of standing in the middle of it all.
Approximately half of the children will also learn to play the violin, so that they can participate in simple melodies in such Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker and the 1812 overture. Fauna Vocal Quintet stands for singing lessons, while the project manager and violinist Berit Cardas ensures violin training.
Goosebumps is initiated by the Oslo Chamber Music Festival and supported by Sparebankstiftelsen DNB.
