Roald Dahl's timeless story of the world-famous candy man and his quest to find an heir comes to chocolate-covered life in St. John’s Drama’s upcoming fall production of Willy Wonka! Charlie Bucket’s delicious adventures on his visit to Willy Wonka’s mysterious chocolate factory light up the stage in this captivating adaptation of Roald Dahl’s fantastical tale. Featuring the enchanting songs from the 1971 film starring Gene Wilder along with a few new songs, Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka is a scrumdidilyumptious musical guaranteed to delight everyone's sweet tooth.Six Performances will be held at the Skyline Middle School Theatre, 240 Luray Ave, Front Royal, VA 22630. Evening performances: Friday, November 15th, Saturday, November 16th, Friday November 22nd, and Saturday, November 23rd at 7:30 pm; Matinee performances: Sunday, November 17th and Sunday, November 24th at 3:00 pm.Ticket prices are $10.00 for adults, $7.00 for students and seniors (65 and over), and $5.00 for children (12 and under), There is also a $40 per family matinee special for the Sunday matinee performances (parents and minor children only, please).
