Set entirely on Brooklyn Bridge, this one act musical explores, time, change, and the choices that shape the lives of five very different people, whose paths cross in the most unlikely of ways.
High above the hustle of the city, five strangers find solace on the Brooklyn Bridge, suspended between who they were, and what they might become. From Up Here, written intentionally with no real back stories and very little to go on besides what each decides to share (as strangers often do), through the lyrics of songs, all bare a piece of their souls while providing a bit of insight as to the places they hold in this world.
Featuring a vibrant, contemporary, beautiful, and often witty musical score, From Up Here is an unforgettable musical that dares to ask the question,
"what makes life worth living?".
