One of the last great publishing companies of the world, Joshua Maynard Books, is under attack. When its legendary founder departs, it sets up an epic battle of wills and wits between his daughter and the two talented editors grasping the reins of power. She must choose which will save the company: the artistic idealist or the cutthroat businessman? If "The West Wing" were set in New York, it might look like "Endpapers," which NY Magazine calls a "breathlessly fast, funny, and thoughtful comedy."
