Wolfbane Productions, the premiere theatre company based out of Appomattox, VA, is now debuting their 90's pop adaptation of A Midsummer Night's Dream, onstage now through September 12, 2015. Returning to the beautiful grounds of the Devils Backbone Brewing Company, this outdoor event is staged amidst the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains at 200 Mosbys Run, Roseland, VA 22967.

This high-energy, musical rendition of William Shakespeare's classic, comedic tale is sure to make audiences sing, dance, and cheer from their seats. Featuring nostalgic hits from your favorite 90's artists like N'SYNC, the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Whitney Houston and more, this exciting production follows the trials and tribulations of impassioned lovers-proving "the course of true love never did run smooth."

Wolfbane has assembled a truly impressive ensemble of both local and New York based actors and singers! The role of Demetrius is played by Ken Arpino, who was last seen in Wolfbane's production of Bare: A Pop Opera. He is a NY-based actor/writer who has performed Off-Broadway and with the National Tours of Mamma Mia!, Legally Blonde: The Musical!, and Hairspray. Other returning Virginia favorites are Hubbard Farr as Lysander, Marian van Noppen as Hermia, James Vesey as Nick Bottom, and Logan Troyer as Titania. Making their Wolfbane debuts from NY are Tom McVey as Puck, who was last seen Off-Broadway in 80's Prom and on TV's Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Korie Lee Blossey as Oberon, and Lily Davis as Helena. This talented ensemble is rounded out by beloved local performers Libby Ostrom Gatzke, Bev Owens, Sierra Spicer, Jared M. Anderson, Michael Chagnon, Bryan Paul Kopsitz, Jeff Price, Charlie Boyd, Jonathan Kafoure and Tanya Anderson.

Wolfbane Productions features an original set and costume design by Christine Yepsen, musical direction by James Vesey, choreography by Hubbard Farr, and stage direction by Wolfbane creator and Artistic Director, Dustin Williams.
