Virginia Theatre association to present Triple Arts Master Class and Program Auditions

VTA Day at Alluvion Stage Company with a MT Audition Workshop

Middle School Theatre Educator Professional Development Day

Hone your theatre skills this April and May with VTA's distinct one-of-a-kind programming!

Learn from Terrence Mann (Beauty and The Beast, Pippin, Les Miserables) and Charlotte d'Amboise (A Chorus Line, Chicago, Pippin), cast members of Alluvion Stage Company's Big Fish, and your fellow educators.

 

April 14th - Triple Arts Master Class and Program Auditions: Lynchburg, VA

Master Class: 11am-1pm - Ages 14-24

• $20

Auditions: 1:30pm-3:30pm - Ages 15-22

• Free

Location: RANDOLPH COLLEGE Dance Studio in the Randolph Athletics and Dance Center

Parking is designated for this event in the church parking lot, across from the RAD Center

April 21st - VTA Day at Alluvion Stage Company with a MT Audition Workshop: Lynchburg, VA

Musical Theatre Audition Workshop: 11am - Ages 11-18

• Free

Alluvion Stage Company Presents Big Fish: 2pm

• Purchase tickets via Alluvion Stage Company's Website

Location: Liberty University's Tower Theatre; The exact Master Class room is TBA.

May 5th - MS Theatre Educator Professional Development Day: Hampton, VA

Time: 9am-2pm

For Middle School teachers in public and private schools who work with curricular or extra-curricular drama programs. Teachers may be endorsed in any subject with a drama class, program, club, or a desire to start one.

Professional development, collaboration, curriculum/idea sharing, and problem-solving. Masterclass presentation.

Virginia Theatre Association is located in Lynchburg, Virginia's beautiful downtown arts and culture district.
