Four County Players Announces Events, 4/11-4/18

The Four County Players have announced their weekly schedule for April 11th through April 18th.

Events include:

Sylvia Set Build Moved to Sunday
Please plan to join Daniel and the set crew on Sunday, April 11from 11 - 3 PM for a great day of set building. We are still in the process reinstalling the seats removed from the sides of the auditorium for our Cabaret. If you are available please join us.

Volunteer Appreciation Party
Have you volunteered on a set build, ushered for a show or worked in the bistro this season? Or have you been a cast, crew or band member in one of our recent shows? Then it's not too late, our valued volunteer to join us tonight, April 10 at 7 PM, for our Volunteer Appreciation Party. It is sure to be a fun time for all with plenty of great entertainment from this season and next!

Audition workshop Thursday, April 15, 7-9 PM (Please note correct date)for all actors/singers/dancers from 8 years old up! Bring an audition song (and sheet music) to work on, and we'll help you make the most of it. We'll also practice cold readings (that's reading from the script when you haven't had much time to prepare), and do a short dance combination (suitable for all levels and ages). Plus learn some helpful general auditon tips. Get ready for our "Alice in Wonderland" auditions!! Please register by visiting www.fourcp.org/workshop.php and printing a registration form and sending it to the theater, emailing theatermanager@fourcp.org or calling 540-832-5355 to reserve your space today. Space is limited, so reserve early. Cost is only $10.00.

Four County Players also has announced several upcoming events:

The Prince Street Players, Ltd. Version of ALICE IN WONDERLAND
Director Noal Bastian, Musical Director Tom Dixon and Choreographer Kathy Beall are looking for an extremely diverse cast of actors, singers, and dancers ages 8 and up.
Those auditioning must come prepared with a verse and chorus of a musical theater standard. An accompanist will be provided, so please bring your own sheet music.
Auditions will be held in the Cellar (lower level of Four County Players) on:
Sunday, April 25 at 4:00PM
Monday, April 26 at 7:00PM
Callbacks as necessary will be on Tuesday, April 27 at 7PM in the Cellar.

Performances will be:
July 23, 24, 30, 31, August 6, 7, 13, 14 at 8PM
July 25, August 1, 8, 15 at 2:30PM
Thursday, August 5 at 1PM - adults will need to take this day off from work

Four County Kids Camp
We will be having our very popular theater camp again this summer.
Please save the dates, July 12-16, 2010 to join us this year at Four County for a fun filled week of Theater Camp.
