AUDITION NOTICE


Firehouse Theatre will be holding auditions for its upcoming production of UBU 84. This production is a devised amalgam of George Orwell’s masterpiece 1984 and Alfred Jarry’s absurdist classic UBU ROI. Director James Ricks is looking for men and women of all ages and ethnic backgrounds who are willing to engage in physical exploration and creative collaboration.

When:
Wed, April 20 from 5pm-9pm
Sun, April 24 6pm-9pm

Where:
Firehouse Theatre
1609 W. Broad St. Richmond, VA, 23220

What:
Please prepare a monologue of your choice, 2-3 minutes, and please bring a headshot and resume.

FYI:
Initial rehearsals begin in May, with a hiatus in June/July; performance run is late September thru late October.
