Casting The Sound: An Urban Musical, a contemporary version of The Sound of Music that tells the story of the redemptive power of love and pays homage to the historical heroes of the reconstruction period in America.
Featuring Gospel, Jazz, R & B, and Hip Hop renditions of songs like: My Favorite Things, Do Re Mi, Climb Every Mountain, and new original music, 'The Sound: An Urban Musical' is to 'The Sound of Music' what 'The Wiz' was to 'The Wizard of Oz.'
We are looking for exceptionally talented African-American, Latinix and White actors who can sing and/or rap and dance. (male and female, ages: 16 - 65)
