TRINITY YOUTH CHORUS - Trinity Youth Chorus
Auditions for the Trinity Youth Chorus will be open for children ages 8-18 beginning January 7th through the 10th.

This culturally diverse choir offers children and teens the opportunity to be part of a serious choral program that is devoted to disciplined music-making and fosters the formation of character and engaged citizenship. The Trinity Youth Chorus is led by experienced, dedicated professional musicians who teach vocal technique, sight singing, music theory, and history.

Children meet after school for rehearsals once a week in Lower Manhattan and perform in two annual concerts, occasional Trinity Church Sunday services, and occasional special events.. Youth are welcomed from any or no faith tradition and no prior musical training is required.. Children interested in a free, one-on-one, low-pressure audition should contact Melissa Attebury at
mattebury@trinitywallstreet.org or
212-602-0798. No special preparation is required. The auditions will be held in the Trinity Wall Street office building at 74 Trinity Place.

The Trinity Youth Chorus can be heard in the movie Doubt and has been featured on Public Radio International, the CBS Early Show, at the Tribeca Family Festival, and at the Philadelphia Italian Market Festival.
