Stageworks Theatre announces open auditions for the final show of its 2016-2017 season, The Wizard of Oz, by L. Frank Baum, music and lyrics Harold Arlen and E. Y. Harburg. The show runs July 28 - Aug. 13, 2017 at the Berry Center.

Rehearsals will take place three or four evenings per week generally from 6:30-10 p.m. and every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and/or 1-5 p.m.
Eleven performances at the 450+ seat Berry Center are scheduled to run from July 28-Aug. 13, 2017. Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Sundays at 3 p.m.
Auditions for all shows are open to the community and parts may be cast with actors of any ethnicity. We're looking for all ages and types of dancers, actors and singer/dancer/actors. We are also looking for featured dancers. The ability to move without restriction and learn basic choreography is required for casting.
