Seeking 12- to 18-year-old triple threats to play the iconic "Addams Family" characters. Synopsis: "The Addams Family" features an original story, and is every father's nightmare. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart, young man from a respectable family--a man her parents have never met. And if that weren't upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he's never done before--keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday's "normal" boyfriend and his parents. WHAT TO PREPARE
Prepare two songs, one minute each. Actors auditioning are asked to have songs from each of the following genres: classic or contemporary musical theater and pop or rock. Note that you may only be asked to sing one of your song choices, but be fully prepared with all song choices. If available, bring along a stapled current headshot and resume. All actors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult/legal guardian at the audition.
