The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee has charmed audiences across the country with its effortless wit and humor. Featuring a fast-paced, wildly funny, yet touching book and a truly fresh score, this musical bee is an unforgettable experience. With side splitting audience participation, no two performances are the same. You’ll want to come back and see it again! An eclectic group of six mid-pubescents (played by all adults), vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home life, they sing, dance and spell their way through a series of [potentially made-up] words, while learning that winning (and losing) isn't everything. Includes adult language, recommended for ages 15 & up.
