12th Anniversary of an NTPA Christmas Celebration Tradition!
The summer sun may be beating down, but we're dreaming of a winter wonderland as we start preparing for our 12th annual production of Scrooge the Musical!
Scrooge received four Academy Award nominations and five Golden Globe nominations in its movie version, and closely follows the plot of Charles Dickens' acclaimed book, A Christmas Carol. This annual Christmas tradition features a large cast each year including youth and adults and is a great opportunity for families to take the stage together and celebrate the holiday.
Vice President Mike Mazur returns as the director of this year's production which will perform over two weekends in December at the Courtyard Theatre in downtown Plano and the Rodenbaugh Theatre at Willow Bend Center of the Arts.
This beloved Plano Christmas Tradition has been critically acclaimed and plays to sell-out crowds. The Dallas Morning News called the production brilliant ... robust and passionate and it regularly tops Must See holiday event lists in magazines and papers across the DFW metroplex.
