THE BULLY OF BOOKMARK PARK - Bright Star Touring Theatre Non Equity Auditions

Bright Star is seeking a male actor, African American, age 21-32 for an upcoming tour. You would be playing Jackie Robinson and Frederick Douglass in two biographical plays about these two men. You would also be playing various roles in an anti-bullying play for young audiences called The Bully of Bookmark Park. Rehearsals begin in Ashville on January 20th. The tour rehearses for one week, then the tour runs through March 8th. Interested actors must be willing to tour for that amount of time. Ideal candidates have strong character-acting skills and a desire to perform for young audiences.
