IMPROV STUDIES PROGRAM

SUMMER-FALL 2017

Whole World Improv Theatre is thrilled to announce it is accepting applications to audition for an apprenticeship in our six (6) month Improv Studies Program.

Apprentices will be placed in a Tuesday class from 7-9pm, or a Wednesday class from 5-7pm. Classes will meet once a week for six months. At the conclusion of the program, the apprentices will perform a showcase for friends, family, industry professionals, and the general public.

In addition to improv training, apprentices will assist in producing our award-winning shows three (3) times a month. Apprentices will be trained in sound, light, and camera operation, as well as front of house management. Apprentices will have access to an extended network of local artists and improvisers as well as coaching from Artistic Director Chip Powell and Improv Studies Program Director Grant Bojarski. Apprentices will also receive company member benefits such as Rush Comp tickets to our shows, jam sessions, and more.

Requirements for Application: Enrolled in or graduate of an accredited college/university in Theatre, Film, or like program OR recent professional performance experience.
