Amateur Hour, a company creating opportunities for women in comedy, is seeking musical theatre accompanist for a female-led production of Gutenberg! The Musical! performing at the People’s Improv Theatre in June 2018. This musical is wildly comedic and off-beat, and our accompanist will be a part of the action! This musical is performed with two cast members and a single keyboard. Interest in comedy is a plus!
There will be limited rehearsals, ability to pick up music quickly is necessary.
This musical was originally written for male actors, so we are transposing most of the score. We transpose live using keyboard functions.
