“Graduation” in NYSummerfest Seeks Two Actors
WHAT: A ten-minute play, “Graduation,” by Eugene Grygo will be part of the NYSummerfest competition of the New York Theater Festival to be held at the Hudson Guild Theater in NYC. The play will have a short run in early September.
CASTING REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking two actors in their early 20’s to portray college students in the early 1980’s. They are graduating from college and grappling with new realities that will profoundly change their lives. We are looking for:
o LUCAS: Main character; early 20’s; gangly; tall; light brown hair; idealistic.
o AARON: LUCAS’s roommate; also in his early 20’s; shorter and darker than LUCAS; stocky build; dark hair; dark eyes; calculating.
