A proof of concept scene for a proposed full length play in the NYC area.
Premise: At a local book store, Kevin and Claire, two single people, have a chance meeting and feel an instant connection, but Claire wants to know for sure the answer that all people have wondered: Did fate bring us together? And if it did, could two people meet again if it's destined to be?
Note: There is *one* brief kiss on the lips at the end of this scene.
Character breakdown:
Claire: Age 30-33 She is a sweet, kind, demure, attractive woman. She and Kevin seemed fated to meet and come together right away, but Claire needs to know for sure.
