AUDITION NOTICE
Shakespeare '70 seeks six non-equity actors to fill the following roles in its October Production of Clybourne Park, to be staged in the Don Evans Black Box theater at TCNJ:
Albert / Kevin: Male, African-American, Late 20s - Late 30s
Jim / Tom: Male, Caucasian, Late 20s - Mid 30s
Karl / Steve:= Male, Caucasian, Late 20s to Mid 30s
Betsy / Lindsay: Female, Caucasian, Late 20s - Mid 30s
Russ / Dan: Male, Caucasian, 50s
Kenneth: Male, Caucasian, Early 20s (Cameo)
The roles of Bev / Kathy & Francine / Lena have already been cast.
NOTE: Unless noted, actors in Clybourne Park will play two roles, one in the first act and a different role in the second.
ABOUT Clybourne Park
Clybourne Park is inspired by the events in Lorraine Hansberry's landmark drama, A Raisin in the Sun. Playwright Bruce Norris explores ideas of community, race relations, culture, and language in an incisively funny and deeply moving play that won the 2011 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the 2012 Tony Award for Best Play.
WHEN AND WHERE
Auditions will be held on the evenings of June 25 and 26 with callbacks on June 27 as needed.
The auditions will be held in Kendall Hall on the campus of TCNJ starting at 6:30 pm.
