Notes / What to bring:
OPEN CALL NOTICE;
Dancers of all ethnicities are encouraged to attend.
Bring a picture & resume, stapled back-to-back. Please be warmed up and ready to dance when the call begins. Wear appropriate dancewear and have character shoes, or jazz sneakers. Some may be asked to stay and sing after all have danced.
If called back, please be prepared to sing your entire song. Have two contrasting songs from the Golden Age of musicals. (NO Pop or Rock Music.) If the performer has advanced vocal training, one of the songs can be an aria / art song. Bring sheet music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided, but will not transpose.
