Awkward Pause Theatre would like to announce additional auditions for their upcoming production of Autobahn by Neil LaBute, directed by Andrew Jessop. We are currently in need of applicants for two(2) roles:
Male, late 20s-40s
Female, over 18 to play teenager
Autobahn is series of seven one-act plays set within the confines of the front seat of a car. Each vignette "explores the ethos of perception and relationship."
Audition Date: Wednesday August 21st
Audition Time: 7-9pm
Audition Location: Welles Park Community Center, 2333 W. Sunnyside Ave, Chicago, IL 60625
Equity/Non Equity: Non Equity
Pay: no pay
Time Commitment: Rehearsals to begin in October. Exact date TBD. Tech dates 12/9-12/11. Production dates 12/12-12/29 (Performances are Thursday and Friday 7:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 8pm; Sundays 3pm. There will be an added industry performance on Monday 12/16, and no performance on Thursday 12/26 to accomodate for Christmas plans)
