Mad Cow Theatre is celebrating its 21st season propelled by those two most basic building blocks of theatre - honest, passionate acting and powerful, dynamic language. We are committed to maintaining a company whose work is a celebration of life, in the belief that the Theatre is a profound and joyous experience for all that partake.
With more than three years holding the “Teatro Español” experience, the idea is to project the Hispanic culture for Hispanics and non-Hispanics of Central Florida, as a way to enrich the exchange and diversity of the region and help to the divulgation of Theatre as a literary event, since it constitutes an artistic expression, essential to building more harmonious and productive societies.
At this time, we are seeking professional Spanish speaking actors for:
-A production of Federico Garcia Lorca’s Amor de Don Perlimplín y Belisa en su Jardín
-A reading of Shakespeare’s Romeo y Julieta translated by Pablo Neruda
Eliana Stratico is directing.
The rehearsals for Amor de Don Perlimplín y Belisa en su Jardín will start December 2nd 2017 and performances will be January 10th to 14th 2018.
The Reading of Romeo y Julieta will be performing in February 2018.
