Audition information for Roundtown Players production of “All Shook Up”
Audition Steps:
1) You will be asked to fill out an audition form. It will be available online beforehand. You may attach a resume if you wish, it is not required. Please bring a calendar that includes conflicts.
2) You will have a number assigned to you and your photo will be taken.
3) Be prepared to sing part of a song of your choice (no more than a minute long). A piano is available for use and an accompanist will be provided. Acapella singing or cd accompaniment is also fine. A Broadway or 50’s pop song is preferred, but do not sing a song from the show.
4) Be prepared for a possible minor dance audition, just to see how well you move. Nothing too difficult.
5) If seeking a speaking role, please be prepared to stay for cold readings from the script with others auditioning.
Auditions will be held at Roundtown Players, 165 E. Main Street, Circleville.
Choose one of the following two audition times:
Friday, May 13th – 6:30-9:00
Saturday, May 14th - 10:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00
Call Backs for leads Sunday, May 15th at 2:00 pm.
