Jobsite Theater is currently accepting headshots and resumes for casting consideration for their upcoming production of Rajiv Joseph’s
Animals Out of Paper, directed by Tatiana Baccari. The production runs Jul. 17 – Aug. 9 in the Shimberg Playhouse at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, where Jobsite is resident theater company. Performers need to be available starting mid-June for evening and weekend rehearsals. All performers are paid, and AEA members will be considered at the special appearance 2 contract level (20 hours of rehearsal a week, 4 shows per week in the run).
We are looking for:
Ilana: 40s-50s female. All ethnicities encouraged to apply.
Andy: 30s-40s male. All ethnicities encouraged to apply.
Suresh: teens to 20s, but must believably read as an 18(or so)-year-old on stage. South Asian/Indian. Must be able to, or effectively learn how to, rap/perform spoken word.
