Actors Alliance of San Diego Hosting All City Audition
Actors Alliance of San Diego is hosting the 27th Annual All City Audition at the Cygnet Theatre in Old Town San Diego on March 31, 2014. Theatre companies from local and national theatres are welcome to join.

WHAT: An audition for AASD Members & AEA Members ONLY that will be attended by local theatre directors, casting directors, talent agents, and production companies.
WHEN: The audition will be held on a Monday, March 31, 2014 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm

AUDITOR TAKE-HOME MATERIALS:
In a continued effort to GO GREEN AASD now ONLY accepts headshots and resumes digitally. As auditors you will be receiving a program that includes the Actor's audition pieces, contact information, short bio and small (program sized) headshot along with a digital copy of each of the actors 8 X 10 headshots & resumes (organized alphabetically) through DROPBOX. We invite you to bring a personal laptop computer to the audition if you wish to access the documents during the audition. Otherwise, there will be space in the program for you to take notes of the actors you are interested in, and the DROPBOX link may be used as a resource to view more detailed information at a later time.
ABOUT THE ACTORS:
• THIS AUDITION IS FOR AASD MEMBERS AND AEA MEMBERS ONLY - Actors must be current members of the Actors Alliance and/or AEA at the time of submission through March 31th.
• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - In order to participate in this audition, each actor's resume must represent that they are a working actor and one or more of the following requirements MUST be met to qualify:
THEATRE ACTORS:
1) Member of Actors Equity Association (AEA)
OR
2) AASD Member who meets one or more of the following requirements:
• Received non-Equity wages for at least three principal and/or supporting roles in fully-staged productions in a professional theatre (i.e. Theatres that hire either Equity and/or non-Equity actors)
• Received wages for at least two fully-staged productions with a LORT (or above) Union theatre
• Graduate of 4-year college degree program in a performance area (Theatre or Vocal Performance)
• A selected student from the 2013 AASD MTI Program (Musical Theatre Intensive) with commendations from staff & panel members
ON-CAMERA ACTORS:
• SAG and/or AFTRA – Member or Eligible
• Represented by an agent
• 2 paid on-camera credits
