The Crest Theatre at the Delray Center for the Arts and M and M Productions is pleased to announce auditions for “A Chorus Line”. Sign in will begin at 1:00 pm, with dance call beginning at 2:00 pm on April 21, 2014, at the Crest Theatre, 51, N. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL, 33444. This is a non-equity, professional production, with pay, although we will be seeing equity performers for two possible Guest Artist contracts. Running dates are December 5, 2014 through Dec. 14, 2014, with rehearsals beginning on November 11, 2014
Please be prepared with the following:
1. Appropriate dancewear, including Character Shoes
2. A song from the show.
Please be prepared to stay until you are released. This audition will be run in the tradition of all “A Chorus Line” auditions. Dance Call, followed by song, with readings from the script. Times for singing will be based on sign in time the day of auditions. Although no appointments are being given, please email mnmprods@gmail.com to sign up prior to the audition date. The production will be directed/choreographed by Kimberly Dawn (KD) Smith, with musical direction by Evan Farrar.
