TRINITY REP ANNOUNCES KIDS AUDITIONS FOR 40TH ANNIVERSARY PRODUCTION OF A CHRISTMAS CAROL
Open call for children ages 8-12 on Saturday, September 16, 2017
Trinity Rep announces auditions for children 8-12 years of age for its upcoming production of beloved New England tradition, A Christmas Carol. Auditions will take place Saturday, September 16, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at Cardi’s Furniture, Route 1A, South Attleboro, MA. This is an open call, and appointments will not be taken. Actors will be seen in groups of ten every ten minutes and will be asked to read from a side and sing a few bars of a holiday song of their choice. The 40th anniversary production of Charles Dickens’ famous story of redemption and the holiday spirit will run November 9 – December 31, 2017. Acting company member Joe Wilson, Jr. will play the role of miserly businessman Ebenezer Scrooge under the direction of Angela Brazil and Stephen Thorne. A Christmas Carol at Trinity Rep is presented byCardi’s Furniture with supporting sponsors Amica Insurance and Hasbro, Inc. This year’s production is dedicated to Stephen Hamblett and his love for the story of A Christmas Carol.
