WHAT: Rivertown Theaters - Auditions - “1776”
The Rivertown Theaters for the Performing Arts will hold auditions for the beloved Broadway musical classic 1776 on the evenings of August 14 & 15. Director A.J. Allegra is looking for men ranging from 16 years old and upwards, as well as two women ages 20's - 50's. ALL ROLES ARE OPEN.
WHEN: Auditions – August 14 & 15 during the evening by Appointment ONLY
SPECIFICS: Musical Director Alan Payne is asking for a brief selection from a Broadway musical; 32 bars or so only. An accompanist will be provided.
Headshots and resumes are requested but not required.
Rehearsals will begin no sooner than September 25th. Rehearsals will be Sunday - Thursday evenings and some Saturday mornings. Major conflicts with the rehearsal schedule will not be considered. The show runs for 10 performances November 4 - 20.
