Prime Stage Theatre is holding Auditions for
the Annual “15 Minutes of Fame”

The Prime Stage Theatre Annual 15 Minutes of Fame gives performers between the ages of 12 to18, the chance to show your best “talent” for friends, judges from Pittsburgh’s professional arts community, and a special Guest Emcee. Those chosen from the auditions will be given 5 minutes each to perform on the evening of Monday, March 6, 2017, 7:00pm on the set of Prime Stage’s 1984 at The New Hazlett Theater Center for Performing Arts.
There are two (2) categories: SINGING and DRAMATIC MONOLOGUES, and a winner will be selected from each category. The winning singer will receive studio recording time. The winning actor will receive a professional acting class.
For the audition, the artist should prepare a one to 2 minute monologue or song. If singing, please bring a CD (or musical instrument) to accompany yourself. No accompanist will be provided. Please bring a resume and headshot with you to the audition.

Appointment by Sunday, February 5, 2017. Please include your full name, phone number, and preferred audition time. You will receive an email confirming your appointment date and time within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that auditions are scheduled in 5 minute time slots.
Walk-ins will be seen as time allows.
