Singin' in the Rain at St James Theatre

From the producers of The Sound of Music, Annie and Jersey Boys, comes another critically acclaimed production from a sell-out season in London’s West End – the ever-popular musical Singin’ in the Rain is set to make a splash in New Zealand from 15 April 2015.

This spectacular show is packed full of the charm, romance, comedy and tinseltown glamour of one of the world’s best-loved movies and tells the story of the first Hollywood musical.

Among a host of sensational song and dance numbers, the iconic Singin’ in the Rain dance sequence is flawlessly recreated - with the help of 12,000 litres of water!

Musical star Bethany Dickson, who recently performed as Maria in The Sound of Music, returns to the stage together with Grant Almirall who triumphed in the role of Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys.

With its joyous story and sumptuous set design and costumes, Singin’ in the Rain showers you with everything you could wish for in a hit musical!
