SHORT + SWEET Theatre Festival Returns to Auckland, Sept 2012

Short+Sweet Theatre, the largest ten minute theatre Festival in the world, is returning to Auckland in September 2012. Each year Short+Sweet Theatre showcases hundreds of ten minute plays across the globe produced by some of the most talented local actors and directors.

Short+Sweet Auckland is no exception and will present theatre works from local and international writers presented by some of the best established and up and coming Auckland artists.

With ten short stories a night, over three enthralling weeks, 50 of the best 10-minute plays will be shortlisted down to the top 10, culminating with the Short+Sweet Gala Final on Sunday 7 October, where one play will be crowned champion!

Featuring everything from hilarious comedy to riveting drama this is express theatre for today’s audiences!
