When you fall in love, death is the last thing you think of.

A policeman, a priest and a blind man look for clues that will lead them to the missing playwright Bruce Mason, who has left his desk and vanished into the night.

Where has he gone? What made him leave his desk and disappear into the darkness? And what is that seagull at the window trying to say?

Part of the World Premiere Season at the New Zealand Festival and Auckland Arts Festival 2016, Te P? is an eloquent and surprising new comedy about searching for someone you have loved and lost, and finding them again.

Beautifully written by Carl Bland, and punctuated by the songs of Maori show bands, Te P? stars George Henare, Andrew Grainger and Carl himself and features a cast of odd characters for whom finding Bruce Mason is a matter of life, death and catching a big fish.

From the same out-of-the-box team that produced the award-winning 360 - a theatre of recollections and joined by no-holds- barred set designer Andrew Foster, Te P? leaves no theatrical stone unturned in its mission to give us a unique view of the world.

Find something to hook your heart on at this original, extraordinary and moving show.

'You will...be filled with delight at the beauty they conjure before your eyes, the moments of glorious comedy, the subtle and wondrous ways the show claims your heart' - Metro Magazine ( 360 - a theatre of recollections)

'...a joyous, theatrical tour de force' - NZ Herald ( 360 - a theatre of recollections
