Rivertown Theaters for the Performing Arts will offer the delightful Pinkalicious The Musical for the younger set just before Easter in the Lagniappe Theater.
This is the tale, based on the popular book by Victoria Kann and Elizabeth Kann of Pinkalicious, who can't stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor's office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head toe - a dream come true for this pink loving enthusiast. But when her hue goes too far, only Pinkalicious can figure out a way to get out of this pink predicament. PINKALICOUS THE MUSICAL is about learning the power of self-control and the importance of moderation.
The cast of Pinkalicious the Musical features Tess Fouchi (Pinkalicious), Christian Collins (Peter), Shelbie Mac (Mrs. Pinkerton), Darren Hayes (Mr. Pinkerton), Julia Kuchler (Alison), and Brittany James (Dr. Wink).

Pinkalicious the Musical will run Fridays April 4 and 11 at 7:30 pm, Saturdays April 5 and 12 at 7:30 pm, and Sundays April 6 and 13 at 2:00 pm.
