Travel back in time to the Victorian era and follow Rose Trelawny, a popular melodrama star, as she gives up the stage to marry the love of her life Arthur Gower. Life with Gower is not what she thought it would be though and great conflict ensues. Join the two lovers, a group of actors and a strict elderly pair for a night of laughter and romance.
