Reg e gaines brings his latest play Tiers to Yendor Theatre Company for its New Jersey premiere. Inspired by his youth in Jersey City during the 1970s, the story follows four Black teens during a seemingly ordinary night of playing bid whist that escalates into a deeply personal and violent confrontation. The cast includes Aljanod Parrish, Isaiah Joseph, Ian Daniel Wilson, and Jamar Arthur. Tiers explores the consequences of impulsive actions and the realities facing young Black males today.
