And just when all hope seems lost, a most unexpected hero rises up and takes center stage” (Playbill).  Nickelodeon's The SpongeBob Musical is a one-of-a-kind Broadway musical with original songs written by Yolanda Adams, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith, Sara Bareilles, Jonathan Coulton, Alex Ebert of Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, The Flaming Lips, Lady A, Cyndi Lauper, John Legend, Panic! At the Disco, Plain White T’s, They Might Be Giants, T. I., and songs by David Bowie, Tom Kenny & Andy Paley, with additional lyrics by Jonathan Coulton and additional music by Tom Kitt (Masterworks Broadway). 

Collingswood Community Theater is proud to present The SpongeBob Musical.  The show is under Direction of Laura Moore, with Music Direction by Erik Meyer, and Choreography by Kate Scharff.  Filling out the rest of the production team is Mary Baldwin as Artistic/Technical Director, Terry Seeley as Producer, Ellen Geigel as Costumer, and Patti Scharff on Ticket Sales.  This production will feature a variety of recycled items in the set and costume pieces collected from the community.  Information about the show can be found on CCT’s website at cctarts.net.  Show dates are January 6, 7, 13, and 14, with matinees on both Saturdays, at the Collingswood Scottish Rite Theater.  

Join us as we journey through Bikini Bottom with Jerrod Ganesh starring as SpongeBob, Stefanie Bucholski as Sandy Cheeks, Patrick Waldron as Patrick Star, C.J. Kish as Squidward, Denny Matousch as Plankton, Billy Platt as Mr. Krabs, Stephanie Ragos as Pearl, Theresa-Rose Woodward as Karen, Drew Russell DuBoff as Perch Perkins, Kate Thomas-Neal as Patchy the Pirate, and Shaina Egan as the Mayor.  Additional cast members include:  Nicole Lange, Julia Faupel, Michelle Nigro, Dylan McGowan, Shelby Loewenstern,  Maria Leonen, Gracie Sokoloff, Gianna Leonen, Danielle Houpt, Jen Laksh, Mallory Sinigaglio, Kara Hastings, Emily Jackson, Jay Fink, Kyle Jackson, Adam Nicely, and Janet Argentina.
