Seussical JR. at Moorestown Theater Company

MOORESTOWN, NJ — The award-winning, non-profit Moorestown Theater Company (MTC) will perform a 'Penguin Project' production of "Seussical JR." three times at First Methodist Church (FMC), 446 E. Camden Avenue, on these dates and times:

Thursday, May 16 @ 6 PM

Saturday, May 18 @ 7 PM

Sunday, May 19 @ 2 PM

In "Seussical JR.", MTC’s 26-member Children’s Cast of neuro-diverse and neuro-typical students will bring to life many of the beloved characters from the mind of Dr. Seuss, including 'The Cat In The Hat', 'Horton The Elephant', 'Gertrude McFuzz', 'Mayzie La Bird', 'Yertle The Turtle', and 'The Grinch', and many others.

The Broadway musical is fun for the whole family and includes great songs like "Oh, The Thinks You Can Think", "Horton Hears A Who", "Alone In The Universe", "Solla Solew", and "Green Eggs And Ham",

This musical has the following Production Staff: Director Susan Maurer, Vocal Directors Carol Ann Murray and Jenn Dovi, Choreographers Alex Keith and Alli Watson, Costume Designer Thom Sirkot, Properties Designer Amy Evangelisto, Tech Director Kaitlyn Resavy, Stage Manager John Wells, and Producers Mark Morgan and Carol Ann Murray.

"Seussical JR." is the 15th production, and 13th musical, that MTC is performing in its new theater home in FMC’s Fellowship Hall.  All Reserved Seat Tickets are $13 in advance and $15 at the door.  They can be purchased online at www.MoorestownTheaterCompany.org or at the door.

   - The "Community Impact Award" in November 2023 from the South Jersey Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, also for the Penguin Project
