After a bad batch of vichyssoise killed off fifty-two of the Little Sisters of Hoboken, the survivors emptied the coffers to bury the deceased, but ran out of cash before the last few bodies could be laid to rest! (Don’t worry – they’re in the kitchen freezer!). To raise funds they decide to put on a variety show.  Will their prayers be answered before the health department discovers their secret? With hilarious talent acts, tongue-in-cheek musical numbers, and help from the audience, the show – the 3rd longest running Off-Broadway musical -- will tickle your fancy.

Cast

Margo Mullin

Mother Superior Sister Mary Regina
Margo is extremely excited to be back on stage at Kelsey Theater. She considers it an honor to be bringing laughter and the nonsense of Nunsense to all of you. Margo would like to thank her husband Tim for giving her every opportunity and all of his love. She’d like to dedicate her performance to anyone who has had to put their dreams on hold. It’s not too late.

Gem Perkins

Sister Mary Hubert
Gem is thrilled to return to the Kelsey stage after a long absence. Other credits include Once On This Island (Mama Euralie), Vanya and Sonya and Masha and Spike (Cassandra), and Honk! (Lowbutt). By day, Gem is the executive assistant to the provost at The College of New Jersey. Thanks to Rob, Emily, and Joe for this wonderful opportunity and to the whole cast and crew for your support. Love to my friends and my whole family, especially my husband Todd and my two girls. To God be the glory. To my dearest Papa, this performance is for you.

Christi Marie

Sister Robert Anne
Inspired by her late mom’s Sound of music performance, her daughters & her friends’ performances while ushering, Christi returns to the stage after a long hiatus. She cantors & sings in 3 choirs at St James, St George,St Alphonsus & has presented at technical conferences. She has been blessed & honored to have several Nuns & Priests influence her life. Her performance is with the mindset that the devil tempts the religious more than others, & sometimes God chooses the most challenged to make a difference, we should pray for them!

Alexis Bellhorn

Sister Mary Amnesia
Alexis is so excited to be making her debut at the Kelsey Theatre performing such a delightful and comedic show! Currently, Alexis is entering her senior year at Cairn University studying vocal performance. Alexis is from Brick, New Jersey and outside of school, enjoys baking and all things Disney! Recent theatre credits include: The Addams Family (Morticia) and Street Scene (Anna Maurrant). Alexis thanks her friends and family for their ongoing support as well as the entire crew of Nunsense for making the show possible!

Emersyn Rath

Sister Mary Leo
Emersyn is a 14 year old freshman at Seneca High School and is excited to return for her 4th show at The Kelsey! She most recently was seen in Sister Act (Deloris) with Triple Threat, An American in Paris (Aimee/Corps De Ballet) at Haddonfield Plays & Players, A Chorus Line (Vicki) at The Grand Theater, Legally Blonde (Brooke Wyndham) at The Kelsey, The Play That Goes Wrong (Sandra) Seneca High School and Bye Bye Birdie (Debra Sue) at The Kelsey. Look for her on NBC and CBS prime time television shows such as The Blacklist and East New York. A competitively trained dancer, Emmy is thrilled to combine her dancing skills with her love of theater in Nunsense. When not on stage Emmy is playing her guitar, working on her all girl band, or playing lacrosse! She would like to thank her parents for all of their support.
